No download button for netflix on ps4

Today, Netflix made offline mode available for many Android and iOS devices. My phone is not showing the download button in the app. Is anyone else having this "issue" or is the V20 just not supported? I've tried it on both Stranger Things and Orange is the New Black, both of which have been announced as downloadable by the company.
