Ps4 only 1 download at a time

I haven't been able to figure this out through extensive Googling or by playing around with my console. My question is whether or not it's possible to set my PS4 to download only during certain hours of the day (i.e. 2am-8am). I have a gb bandwidth cap that I run up against frequently, and cannot really afford to download a gb game.  · What can also affect your download speed is bandwidth being hog in your home, such as someone downloading, and hogging your bandwidth at the same time you're trying to download, which modem, or service plan not allowing you to go over your bandwidth cap. pausing creates a problem though because when you go into standby, it doesn't download paused download. In other words, can't have it paused if you want to download while in rest. I understand that, I was giving you an option. Not a great option but the only one I'm aware of. The original PS4 model only supports b/g/n GHz wireless, whereas the newer PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro models support dual-band ac on the 5 GHz band. While GHz wireless has better wall penetration than dual-band 5GHz, the old standard is also slower and more susceptible to interference. Is there a way to download one file at a time for digital games? I only ask this because I just bought 2K14 and noticed how it was downloading two ~mb files. Wouldn't this in theory slow my internet down because it's trying to download both files at the same time?. If you want you can stop the one that’s downloading and start the other one. But I don’t really see the problem here. If you have Mbps down, it’s not like the PS4 would allow both downloads to use the at the same time.
